LEED® Project Certification

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Building Rating System encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria. eCaerus can guide a project through what is typically a complicated process, from start to finish.

Design Charrette

The charrette facilitates the owners' and design teams' goal, establishing the requirements and credit strategies early in the process.

Team Coordination

As the design team is established, credit documentation requirements are reviewed and assigned to team members. This process is coordinated and monitored throughout the project.

Document Management

The design team completes the assigned credits using LEED Online templates and upload required documentation. All data is reviewed for compliance.

Compliance Monitoring

Throughout the construction process, documentation for contractor related credits are monitored ensuring credit compliance.

Innovation & Design

The opportunity to gain credits by achieving exemplary performance or applying innovative sustainable approaches and technologies are fully explored.

CHPS Project Certification

The Collaborative for High Performance Schools is a national movement to improve student performance and the educational experience by building the best possible schools - to increase student performance with better-designed and healthier facilities.

eCaerus can has experience navigating the CHPS course in order to facilitate effective design of healthy, comfortable, well lit spaces resulting in the construction and maintenance of high performance schools with increased energy and resource efficiency.
