LEED is one of the fastest growing sectors today as more and more cities, counties and states are mandating LEED certification. eCaerus is seeking self motivated individuals for the following markets:
- New Construction
- Existing Buildings
- Education
We are searching for an account executive for each market sector in all major cities. These will be exclusive territories with unlimited growth potential and sales director opportunity. Generous commission. Home office with a good internet connection and MS Office a must.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
New Construction - Sell LEED certification consulting and certification management to architects, engineers, contractors, building owners, government, etc.
Candidate must be a LEED AP with some construction knowledge. Industry contacts are beneficial. Must attend all required job meetings. Organized motivated self starters will excel. Manage the client's needs while building relationships and new business.
Existing Buildings - Sell LEED Existing Building (EB:O&M) certification to building owners and managers. The EB:O&M program consists of a comprehensive energy audit, gap analysis and operations policies that yield a typical 1 to 2 year return on investment with no or low cost improvements. Capital improvement investments are also analyzed. This program pays for itself the 1 st year in energy savings.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of LEED (LEED AP a plus) and building management. Industry connections a plus. Organized motivated self starters will excel. Manage the client's needs while building relationships and new business.
LEED Training - Sell LEED training the corporations, institutions, architects and contractors. Our workshops will bring attendees up to LEED speed fast or prepare them for the Green Associates and LEED AP exam. Programs are tailored to clients needs.
Candidate must have LEED knowledge (LEED AP a plus) with good industry connections. Organized motivated self starters will excel.
